🧺 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • Corn: Fresh ears of corn (remove husk and silk completely; trim ends if needed to fit your air fryer basket)
  • Olive oil: For caramelization (brush or spray oil works)
  • Seasoning: Simple salt and pepper (or get creative with other spices!)
 

 

👩🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prepare corn
     
    Peel off the husk and remove all silk from the corn. Brush all sides with olive oil (or use spray oil). Season generously with salt and pepper.
     
  2. Cook in air fryer
     
    Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for at least 5 minutes. Place the corn in the basket (it’s okay if cobs touch). Cook for 13–15 minutes, flipping the corn halfway through to ensure even roasting.
     
  3. Serve
     
    Enjoy as-is (no extra butter or seasoning needed!) or add your favorite toppings.

  • Cilantro Lime: Brush cooked corn with 2 tbsp butter + 1 tsp lime zest, then sprinkle with fresh cilantro.

💡 Pro Tip for Crispy Corn

For extra crunch: Flip the corn every 5 minutes, re-brushing/spraying with oil each time. Cook a few minutes longer than 13–15 minutes if you prefer more crispness.
