- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper

- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, dill, salt and pepper together.
- Brush the marinade mixture all over the salmon fillets.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill salmon 4–5 minutes per side until it flakes easily.
- Squeeze extra lemon over the top and serve.
